You've done it: one board, one set of members, one uploaded recording, one reviewed set of minutes. This is the core funcationality of MuniMins.
Export to Template
At the top of the minutes will be export buttons. These will allow you to download a copy of the minutes in a DOCX format, or, view them on the screen so you can copy or print to PDF.
MuniMins has a templating system that allows you to customize the output to fit your preferred style. See Export Templates and How to Use Them.
Next Steps
Pick what's most useful next.
- Set up your other boards. Now that you've seen how one works, adding the rest takes minutes. See Creating Boards.
- Add participants. Town Administrator, legal counsel, department heads — people who appear across multiple boards. See Adding and Managing Participants.
- Add Guests. Guests are speakers that appear often, like contractors or architects.
- Invite your team. MuniMins works best when the entire town can use it. See Inviting Team Members.
- Connect Zoom. If your municipality records meetings in Zoom, skip the upload step entirely. See Zoom Integration.
- Try the Recorder app. For in-person meetings, the MuniMins Recorder mobile app sends recordings directly to your account — no file transfer required. See MuniMins Recorder App.
- Process a second meeting for the same board. Voice profiles start building as soon as you confirm speakers. By your third or fourth meeting, most speakers are identified automatically.
