Giving Users Access to the MuniMins Recorder App

Controllling MuniMins Recorder App Access for your Team

If your organization is signed up for the MuniMins Recorder App option you can give your teammates access to the app.  The same login is used on the website and the MuniMins Recorder App. 

The team owner and the any team admins have acess to the Recorder App by default.  

Team members must be given explicit access to the app by clicking on the "Recorder" checkbox on the Current Team list. 

Recoder team members have access to the mobile app only and not to the MuniMins.com interface.  Use this role for individuals who can help record meetings but should not be accessing or editing the minutes.
