Not everyone needs the same level of access. MuniMins has four roles:
Organization Owner — The person who created the organization. Has full access, including the subscription, organization settings, integrations and two-factor authentication. There's one Owner per organization.
Organization Admin — Helps run MuniMins day to day: manages boards, members, participants and guests, adds team members, approves access requests and sets board permissions. Admins can't change roles, deactivate or delete users, or manage the subscription, settings and integrations. A good fit for a deputy clerk or assistant town administrator who helps manage minutes across boards. See The Organization Admin Role.
Organization Member — Can upload recordings, review and edit minutes, identify speakers and export, for the boards they can access. The right level for most people who just need to use the platform. Members can be limited to specific boards.
Recorder — Can use the MuniMins Recorder mobile app only, with no access to the website or minutes. Available when your organization has the Recorder app add-on. Recorders can be limited to specific boards and don't count toward your 25 seats.

The Owner can change anyone's role from the Team page (under Account in the sidebar).
