Board-Level Permissions

Note: board level permissions does not apply to "Admin" accounts that have full organizational access to all boards. 

Municipalities can restrict which boards Member and Recorder users can access . This lets you open MuniMins to more people across your municipality without everyone seeing everything or risking unintentional edits or data loss.

How it works

When you create a user member or recorder there will be an option to give access to "All Boards" or choosing specific boards only.

MuniMins - User Board Permissions 

A user only sees the boards they've been granted access to — their sidebar, minutes list, and processing queue only show content from those boards.  

Note that members and recorders do not have the ability to edit Board Membership, Guests or Participants, create new boards or edit existing boards.

Who is never restricted

Owners and Admins always see all boards. Board-level permissions apply to the Member role only.
