Executive Sessions in MuniMins

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, Sensitive information, including Executive or Non-Public Sessions, should not be uploaded to MuniMins.

If you do upload a meeting with executive session information you should follow these processes:

1. Edit Out Sensitive Content

After processing, when you review your minutes:

  1. Click Edit on the minutes.
  2. Delete content from executive sessions that shouldn't be public (personnel matters, real estate negotiations, etc.).
  3. Save your changes.

2. Download Your Minutes

Copy and paste the minutes, or use the export function.  

3. Delete the Minutes & Recording

Deleting your minutes will also delete the associated recording.  After you have downloaded you text minutes you should delete the meeting to remove the audio from the MuniMins system.

Do not leave audio recordings with non-public session on MuniMins.
