Turning MuniMins Recorder App Recordings into Minutes
Note: recordings must be finished and fully uploaded to MuniMins before they can be processed into mintues. Please ensure your device has finished uploading the recording before attempting to process minutes. If the recording is taking a long time to upload, or, is uploading slowly, please connect to a strong WiFi network.
Approving Recordings to Create Meeting Minutes
Minutes are not created automatically from recordings. Each recording must be reviewed and approved first.
If there are recordings that are waiting to be reviewed they will be displayed on the Dashboard in a list.
Pending recordings will also show in the "Procesing Queue" page, along with a "Review" button.
Click on review to open a small toolbar to confirm the meeting title, detail level and options to Approve or Reject the recording.
Once the meeting is approved it will update from Pending Review to "Queued" and processing will occur automatically.
