Extra Meeting Buckets
Towns with large backlogs, or that regularly process more than 50 meetings per month, can purchase additional buckets of meetings. Quote upon request. Extra meetings are added to your account as rollover credits, which are used once the month's 50 meetings are used up.

MuniMins Free Trial (30 Days)
Every new organization starts with a free 30-day trial of the full MuniMins plan. No invite code or credit card is needed. The trial includes 10 meetings, 25 seats, all three detail levels, voice profiles, board-level permissions and the MuniMins Recorder app.
New meetings can't be processed once the 10 trial meetings are used or the 30 days are up, whichever comes first. When the trial period ends, your organization has 30 more days of read-only access: you can still sign in, review and export your minutes. After that, the account is locked until you subscribe. How to Subscribe
The Organization Owner subscribes from Subscribe in the sidebar. (Once you're subscribed, the link is called Subscription.)
- Subscribe Online — enter your municipality's billing details and MuniMins sends a DocuSign agreement. Your subscription activates as soon as it's signed. You can add the Recorder app on the same form.
- Subscribe Offline — download the order form and email it to info@munimins.com.
Your boards, members, minutes and voice profiles all carry over when you subscribe — nothing needs to be moved. The Subscription Agreement and order form are also available on Forms and Policies.
